About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Creative Producer with a social video background to join us for an FTC (Maternity Cover) - July start.

You will be an expert in branded content and online video, with a creative flair to see a project through from conception, to shoot, to post and delivery. A passion for social video platforms and trends, and finding new ways to innovate is essential. You’ll know the subtle differences between making content a success on Instagram vs Facebook vs TikTok.

What the opportunity looks like

  • Working with conceptual Creatives to develop top line responses into strong, audience-facing videos
  • Leading the development process of videos and formats, ensuring they are developed with our audience and brand partner in mind with strong, recognisable social mechanics - mainly in vertical video on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Working across shoots as the leading creative, directing, edit producing and seeing your vision through
  • Work closely with Producers who will lead on executing the production elements of projects, such as budgets and schedules
  • Pitch and develop new ideas that will work for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group portfolio, whilst providing plenty of brand-friendly attribution
  • Develop the cross-platform activation of these core ideas to work on all platforms in our ecosystem.
  • Edit produce, working with an editor to craft the final deliverables

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

  • Experience as a Video / Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines
  • Well-versed across social media platforms, with a strong interest in trends, creators and what works on social.
  • Understanding of production elements including topline level of budgets and schedules
  • Strong planning and time management, working across multiple projects at different stages including concept development, storyboards, scripts and edits
  • Willingness to travel within the UK if required
