Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship (HR Support)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support the People & Culture team. This hybrid, full-time apprenticeship includes off-the-job learning and a Realise qualification.
Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Apprentice will support the People & Culture team to attract, recruit and onboard great people across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their HR or recruitment career who is passionate about people, brand, culture, and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for recruitment enquiries across the organisation.
- Support recruitment activity across multiple nursery sites, including posting job adverts, managing candidate pipelines, and arranging interviews.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment coordination through our ATS (Teamtailor).
- Help develop and promote [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group’s employer brand.
- Create and schedule employer‑focused social media content including “Life at…” posts, vacancy promotions, and career stories.
- Support onboarding of new starters in line with safer recruitment policies, including Right to Work checks, DBS process coordination, and reference tracking.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and audit‑ready.
- Support the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new starters, issuing contracts and coordinating induction.
- Complete all learning, assignments and assessments required as part of the HR Support apprenticeship with Realise.
What We’re Looking For
Essential: A genuine interest in HR, recruitment or people‑focused careers. Strong communication skills, good organisation, attention to detail, confidence using IT systems and social media platforms. Desirable: Interest in social media, branding or content creation; experience in customer‑facing or admin role; interest in childcare or values‑led organisations.
