Job summary
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Head of Computer Science to lead, develop and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum which enables all students to reach their potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead, manage, develop and be accountable for the department and curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4, & 5 in Computer Science
- Be accountable for strategic direction, teaching and learning, leading staff, pupil progress, and efficient deployment of resources
- Deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences with a collaborative approach
- Be a well-qualified teacher with excellent subject knowledge and ability to teach across 11-19 age range
- Be committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and safeguarding
