The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be a hands-on, client-facing marketer responsible for planning and delivering channel-led campaigns and activations. You will work closely with account leads, creative, retail and commercial teams to translate brand strategies into impactful in-store, online and social experiences that drive awareness, conversion and long-term partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering channel marketing plans across retail and ecommerce partners, aligning on merchandising, promotional activity and in-store/online visibility.
- Managing retailer and distributor relationships day-to-day, acting as the main point of contact for campaign briefs, timings and commercial terms.
- Supporting visual merchandising and fixture planning: creating briefs, coordinating asset production, and overseeing rollout to ensure brand standards are met in-store.
- Developing social content briefs and working with internal creative and external creators to deliver on-brand organic and paid social activity that supports retail and product launches.
- Planning and delivering events and experiential activation, including supplier management, on-site coordination and post-event reporting.
- Managing commercials and budgets for assigned accounts: tracking spend, forecasting, and ensuring accurate reconciliation with partners and finance teams.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign and channel performance, extracting actionable insights to optimise activity and demonstrate ROI to clients and stakeholders.
- Preparing client-facing materials: campaign plans, activation calendars, how-to guides for retail partners, and post-campaign performance presentations.
- Coordinating cross-functional delivery with creative, production and logistics to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Keeping up to date with retail, beauty and social trends, competitor activity and new formats to propose innovative activations and commercial opportunities.
About You
- 3–5 years' experience in agency or brand-side marketing with exposure to channel marketing, retail or visual merchandising (beauty, FMCG or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong relationship management skills with experience liaising directly with retail buyers, store teams or distributor partners.
- Practical experience delivering visual merchandising briefs and overseeing in-store rollouts or retail activations.
- Hands-on experience briefing and managing creative and content production for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok and others).
- Confident handling commercials and basic budgeting, with attention to detail in reconciliations and invoicing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing client presentations and performance reports.
- Analytical and data-literate: proficient at pulling insights from campaign metrics to make recommendations that improve performance.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and adapting to changing client priorities.
