National Account Manager – Premium Retail (B2B)

About The Role

This role sits at the heart of a growing B2B function, owning and developing key premium retail and wholesale partnerships. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, enhancing in-store execution, and shaping the future of a high-quality brand presence across leading retail environments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will gain exposure to strategic planning, joint business development, and end-to-end commercial delivery, with clear progression opportunities as the team scales.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of premium retail and wholesale accounts
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
  • Driving commercial performance through forecasting, reporting, and trading plans
  • Supporting joint business planning, negotiations, and promotional strategy
  • Leading seasonal launches and ensuring best-in-class in-store execution
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Identifying opportunities for growth, optimisation, and account expansion

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or National Account roles
  • Background in premium FMCG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and performance tracking
  • Solid understanding of retail cycles, sell-in/sell-out dynamics, and promotions
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
