About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic individual to support the busy Design & Technology department. Located in the school's recently built East Block, the newly equipped Food and Textiles areas provide a clean, light and spacious working environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all food and ingredients for lessons
• Working alongside teachers to assist students during lessons
• Ensuring classrooms and equipment are kept clean and tidy
• Following Health and Safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Good practical skills
• Good level of literacy and numeracy
• Previous experience of working with children aged 11-18 (desirable)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with pupils
