About the School

Role and Responsibilities

The Lead Teacher will assist the Head of School in implementing a rapid improvement programme, focusing on improving quality of education and raising academic standards. The role includes teaching Reception class, modelling good practice, and developing leadership skills through coaching and mentoring.
