Job Introduction

As Rights and Contracts Assistant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Publishing, you will help to underpin the overall effectiveness of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s publishing programme, furthering its sales activities and expanding its reach around the world. This varied role covers [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Publishing’s exhibition titles spanning all four sites, as well as its trade and children’s books lists. Key responsibilities include overseeing our critical path, co-ordinating sales material for book fairs and sales trips, liaising between internal and external stakeholders, acting as primary contact for permission enquiries, supporting royalty processes, drafting co-edition and license contracts, providing rights input in publishing meetings and general administrative support.
