Overview of the Role
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], our commercial operation supports our core activity. We have an established events & hires offer, corporate hospitality, office leasing, conferences and private functions. We need a coordinator to assist with event planning & delivery, business development, sales and administrative support.
Main Tasks
- Event Planning & Delivery: Work with the Commercial Services Manager to progress events from enquiry to delivery; be first point of contact for client liaison; schedule events on Artifax; collaborate cross-departmentally; work with Catering Operator; attend weekly Operations meeting; assist with on-the-day delivery.
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop leads; manage sales process from enquiry to conversion; provide client quotes; log enquiries in sales pipeline; maintain client database on Spektrix; attend networking events; work with Development team; develop promotional material with Marketing team.
- Administrative Support: Process purchase orders and sales invoices; work with Finance on credit control; maintain resource inventories on Artifax; collect and report data; update venue listings; retail stock control; be point of contact for hireable office tenants; maintain relationships with freelance creatives.

- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Person Specification – Desirable
- Experience in a creative/arts environment
- Experience working to a budget
- Marketing / copy writing experience

- Experience of retail stock control
