Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Ownership
- Execute the digital lead generation strategy aligned with firm-wide growth objectives.
- Take ownership of the website as a revenue-generating asset.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
- Ensure a strong return on investment via digital channels
- Website Leadership & Optimisation
- Lead ongoing website development and optimisation initiatives.
- Improve user journeys and conversion pathways across all service lines.
- Oversee UX improvements, landing page creation, and performance enhancements.
- Work with developers and designers to deliver technical and functional improvements.
- Ensure compliance, performance, and security standards are maintained.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- A clear focus on implementing a robust SEO strategy.
- Lead technical, on-page, and content optimisation initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through keyword and competitor analysis.
- Track rankings, traffic growth, and organic lead performance.
- Paid Search & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads and related platforms).
- Drive cost-efficient, high-quality lead acquisition.
- Continuously test, refine, and improve campaign performance.
- Oversee agency partners where applicable.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Analyse user behaviour and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across landing pages and calls-to-action.
- Optimise enquiry forms and lead capture mechanisms.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Own digital performance tracking (GA4, Search Console, CRM integration).
- Provide regular, insight-led reporting on KPIs to senior leadership.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and future investment.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of increasing website enquiries and conversion rates.
- Strong experience in SEO, PPC, CRO, and digital analytics.
- Experience managing external agencies or digital suppliers.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- Experience within a professional services environment (desirable).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
