Project Manager Role

As a Project Manager, you will deliver business value through successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultancy teams.

  • Managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope control and solution compliance.
  • Developing project plans and monitoring progress.
  • Managing budgets, team schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Acting as single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to scope business needs and define quick wins.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and contingency plans.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in project delivery (full lifecycle).
  • Experience in Property and Housing Industry highly desirable.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Ability to understand business, technology, products, and market.
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Motivational leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Advanced IT skills and proficiency with Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams.
  • Working experience in Agile Scrum or Agile Kanban.

Work Arrangements

UK-based, full-time, permanent position with remote working opportunities. Occasional travel to client sites as needed.
