Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and convert new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s solutions and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop large-scale business solutions that deliver long-term value to customers.
  • Lead proposal strategies and win themes to secure new business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and relationship management.
  • Balance client expectations with organizational objectives for mutual success.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of client dynamics, buying patterns, and the competitive landscape in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience selling Automotive Engineering Services in areas such as: Autonomous Driving (AD) / Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Infotainment & Clusters, Body & Chassis, Connected Technologies and Telematics.
  • Strong network and customer relationships at mid to executive levels.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contracting.
  • Successful track record in closing medium to large multi-year integrated deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
