About The Role

[Employer hidden] is Mastering the Fetish Evolution. As the world’s largest dating app and online profiles site exclusively for gay, bi, trans, queer, and curious men into fetish, we create events and use our extensive digital presence to enhance the brand, engage with our community, and bring like-minded kinksters together to form meaningful connections.

We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Brand Team. In this role, we want someone who is intuitive, creative, and enthusiastic about the community. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager and other team members on the planning and execution of national and international events, as well as supporting creative brand and multimedia campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of the fetish scene and an openness to working within an explicit alternative lifestyle environment tailored to gay men. A strong understanding of the diversity within the kink community is essential.

This is a public-facing role. The Events Coordinator should be confident, communicative, calm under pressure, and capable of representing the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand with professionalism and respect in a variety of settings.

This is a London-based position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.

The role includes some domestic and international travel, and will occasionally require working outside standard office hours. The successful candidate must be willing, and able to adjust to flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production

  • Plan and coordinate [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]-branded events and promotional campaigns
  • Research and schedule events across key markets
  • Liaise with venues: negotiate hire contracts and maintain relationships
  • Schedule and coordinate event staff and crew
  • Oversee acquisition, storage, and logistics of event production equipment
  • Supervise event build-up and teardown
  • Manage individual event budgets and expenses
  • Support other event-related duties as needed

Event Media & Content

  • Assist with planning and scheduling of promotional content for events
  • Help collate and manage event-related media assets (photo, video, design)
  • Coordinate publishing of event content on the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] platform
  • Manage the events mailbox and communications channels
  • Occasionally liaise with members or creators for new written and visual content

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in events (coordination, logistics, or production)
  • Strong understanding of the gay fetish/kink scene and community
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident project management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to stay calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure
  • Comfortable managing budgets and invoices
  • Experience with branding, promotion, and event communications
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Highly capable at multitasking and task prioritisation

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience
