Location: Guildford (Normandy workshop)

Salary: £49,308.77 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (45 hours/week)

Closing Date: 09/05/2026

About the Role

You will be the bridge between workshop and the fleet office. This role will be 70% in the workshop and 30% office based. You will ensure that all relevant information, paperwork is accurate and compliant. Issue jobs to technicians, be the first point of contact, ensure timely completion, report problems, maintain safety and PPE, carry out QC, work with parts department, and perform weekly supervisor checks.

Requirements

  • Team leader or supervisor experience is essential.
  • Flexible, forwards thinking approach.
  • Willingness to undertake qualifications.
  • Experience as an HGV technician.
  • Subject to Basic DBS check.
  • Good knowledge of DVSA standards.
  • Computer literate.
