About the Role

  • £32,937 per year + Up to 10% Bonus + Benefits
  • Permanent / full time basis
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Based at Fareham

What will I be doing?

  • As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our regional transport operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
  • Lead and support our team of drivers, ensuring clear instructions, fair workloads, and guidance.
  • Allocate work, monitor progress, and carry out end‑of‑shift checks.
  • Manage grievance or disciplinary processes fairly.
  • Champion high standards in vehicle maintenance, driver checks, and operational compliance.
  • Attention to detail and people‑centred approach to deliver excellent service.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and in writing.
  • Supervisory or team‑leader experience in transport, logistics, waste, or similar operational environment.
  • Friendly, approachable manner, collaborative and inclusive.
  • Good numerical and record‑keeping skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
