Mobile Plant Operative

Location: Evercreech, Somerset
Salary: £33,703.16 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shift Pattern: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts, early or late)
About the Role
As a mobile plant operator for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will load various vehicles, including bulk haulage walking floors, shipping containers, and curtain-sided vehicles, throughout the site using shovels, FLTs, and tele-handlers, all while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all deliveries of waste are following the site licence and complete associated paperwork.
- Direct customer vehicles to disposal areas and assist with off-loading as required.
- Operation of the Baler as a multi-skilled role (full training provided).
What You’ll Need to Apply
- Safety conscious approach with desire to develop & embrace change.
- Mobile plant experience – loading shovel, 360 excavators.
- Forklift licence is desirable.
