In return, we offer a salary of £28,673 - £31,257 plus up to 3% Bonus, Company Pension (3%), and benefits catalogue.

About the Role

What will I be doing?

  • Managing and controlling inventory of engineering spares, maintenance consumables, and critical parts to support maximum plant availability and efficiency.
  • Ordering stock, issuing items to teams, and maintaining accurate records using maintenance/inventory management systems.
  • Monitoring stock levels, forecasting needs, and minimising overstock or shortages to optimise availability.
  • Taking ownership of the inventory budget, tracking spend, and contributing to cost-effective procurement decisions.
  • Ensuring all stock processes comply with health & safety, environmental standards, and internal controls.

What are the requirements?

  • Experience working in an engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or energy environment (essential).
  • Proven track record using maintenance or inventory management systems (e.g., CMMS, ERP, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing inventory, stock control, and/or consumables budgets.
