Assistant Maintenance Manager - Energy from Waste

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £51,444.12 per annum plus benefits including up to 10% annual bonus, 3x life assurance, 25 days holiday, healthcare, and 5% employer pension contribution.
About the Role
As Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will keep the Alternative Energy facilities running smoothly, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and managing maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure all relevant site service contracts are current and comply with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] recycling and recovery policies.
- Day-to-day management of maintenance activities.
- Develop and support plans for plant outage.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to on-site maintenance planners.
Requirements
- Time served in Mechanical, E&I or Process Operation disciplines.
- Experience of statutory compliance and contractor management desirable.
- Experience managing a maintenance team.
- Experience working within maintenance operations.
- Experience of work planning within critical time and budgetary constraints.
