Service Delivery Supervisor

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic driven capable Service Delivery Supervisor to join our busy depot in Fareham.

About the Role

  • £32,937 per year + Up to 10% Bonus + Benefits
  • This position is offered on a permanent / full time basis.
  • The working hours are 37.5 per week working Monday to Friday.
  • Based at Fareham

What will I be doing?

  • As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our regional transport operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
  • You’ll lead and support our team of drivers, ensuring they have clear instructions, fair workloads, and the guidance they need.
  • You’ll allocate work, monitor progress throughout the day, and carry out end‑of‑shift checks.
  • You’ll also manage any grievance or disciplinary processes in a fair, consistent, and supportive way.
  • You’ll champion high standards in vehicle maintenance, driver checks, and operational compliance.

What are the requirements/qualifications?

  • Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and in writing.
  • Supervisory or team‑leader experience in transport, logistics, waste, or another operational environment.
  • A friendly, approachable manner, and a collaborative, inclusive way of working.
  • Good numerical and record‑keeping skills, with the confidence to handle queries and solve problems.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
