HGV Driver Loader
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring an HGV Driver Loader in Kensington & Chelsea. Full-time, permanent position at £20.23 per hour (approx £40,912 per annum). Requires LGV Class 2 licence and CPC card. Responsibilities include driving LGV vehicles for waste collection, customer service, and compliance with health & safety.

Hours: 38.75 per week
Salary: £20.23 per hour (£40,912.29 per annum)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We offer two working patterns: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), 06:30–15:15 or 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 06:30–17:15. Both include a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break. Shifts may vary depending on business needs, and you’ll always receive advance notice. Regular overtime is available, and some bank holiday working is required. What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving and operating LGV vehicles to collect household and commercial waste and recycling.
- Delivering a high standard of service to residents, businesses, and the local community.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures—both [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s and our customers’.
- Working collaboratively with your crew to complete daily routes efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for professional driving and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused approach.
- A valid LGV Class 2 licence and CPC card (essential).
- Experience in the waste industry (desirable but not essential).
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.
