About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of contracts, monitor performance and risk, collect KPIs, and provide advice to internal stakeholders. At higher grades, you will lead on complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and monitoring contract performance, risk and value for money.
  • Collecting, analysing and reporting KPIs and contract expenditure data.
  • Working with services to resolve performance issues.
  • Supporting and leading contract meetings with suppliers.
  • Updating systems, registers and records.
  • Providing clear advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience in contract management, procurement or a closely related area.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
