As Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting a year group, including:
- Being a role model in embedding our #WeAreConyers positive culture.
- Rewarding success, hard-work and effort.
- Tracking and supporting attendance.
- Overseeing behaviour and pastoral care.
- Working closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to support success.
