Role Requirements

  • Proven success in school leadership and management
  • Innovative, determined, and driven to seek improvement for children and communities
  • Vision to maximize school resources
  • Drive improvements in curriculum, teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Considerable experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and active approach to cross-school collaboration
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 is advantageous
