Location: Stockton-on-Tees | Salary: £61,836 - £68,233 (L8-L12) | Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) | Closing Date: 18 May 2026

Role Requirements
- Proven success in school leadership and management
- Innovative, determined, and driven to seek improvement for children and communities
- Vision to maximize school resources
- Drive improvements in curriculum, teaching, learning, and assessment
- Considerable experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and active approach to cross-school collaboration
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 is advantageous
