[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their enthusiastic and nurturing team. This role is fixed term until 31st August 2027, starting September 2026.

About the Role

• Provide high-quality support to pupils across a range of abilities.
• Assist the class teacher with supporting pupils during learning activities.
• Support individual pupils where needed.
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Build caring, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Have a good understanding of language development.
• Have experience of supporting children with SEND.
• Have experience of managing children’s behaviour within an agreed system.

About You

• Holds a Level 2 NVQ qualification (or equivalent).
• Has experience supporting children within a school setting.
• Is patient, proactive, and passionate about education.
• Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
• Is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching practices.
