About the Role
- Support good attendance in school by working with key staff, young people and their families to remove the barriers that lead to poor attendance.
- Provide operational and administrative support with the implementation of attendance processes up to and including referrals for prosecution.
- Carry out daily attendance monitoring, meeting with parents when required.
- Liaise with parents with regards to pupil leave of absence.
- Build caring, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

- Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
