About Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford

[Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford](https://www.edenboysbradford.com/) is a new secondary school for boys that opened in September 2019 and we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism.

We’re looking for an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of success and raising pupil outcomes. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. You will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.

You will have:

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
  • The ability to teach to GCSE standard
  • Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement
  • Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
