Location: Buckinghamshire (hybrid working)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £75,000
Opportunity description
We’re looking for an FP&A & Data Insights Manager to play a key role in strengthening financial planning, forecasting and performance insight across a multi‑site services organisation.
In this role, you’ll own rolling forecasts, budgets and long‑range plans, build driver‑based financial models, and deliver clear, executive‑ready insight that links financial outcomes to operational drivers. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams, contribute to systems and reporting improvements, and line‑manage a graduate Finance Analyst.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A cycles, including flash reporting and management packs
- Owning rolling forecasts, the annual budget and supporting the five‑year plan
- Building and maintaining KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance commentary
- Delivering actionable insight to senior stakeholders
- Improving FP&A processes, forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Supporting finance systems, data and reporting initiatives
About you:
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi‑site or services environment
- Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capability
- Experience delivering dashboards and KPIs (Power BI preferred)
- Confident business partner with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
