Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Own the end-to-end technical design across UI, backend services, APIs, and AI workflows
• Make architecture decisions aligned with enterprise standards and cloud strategy
• Lead from the front with hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentoring
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, scalability, resilience, and observability

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in full stack development with modern frontend and backend frameworks and proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java
• Proven experience leading technical delivery in agile environments
• Experience building REST APIs, workflow engines, and enterprise applications
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI agent patterns

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Integration experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk or similar ITSM platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Teams or Slack integrations
• Background in internal employee tools or enterprise support platforms
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
