Job Description
This position offers hybrid work requiring three days of in-office attendance per week.

Your Impact
- Assist in the definition of the Agentic Developer Experience in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Collaboration.
- Help define security posture for Collaboration.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using the GitHub ecosystem (e.g., Agentic Workflows).
- Analyze and optimize build times (in C++).
- Own and maintain build pipelines for iOS and Android applications.
- Support builds across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate build optimizations into GitHub Actions workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve build failures related to compilation errors, dependency issues, and platform-specific quirks.
- Provide guidance to developers on build-related questions.
- Maintain clear documentation on build processes, configurations, and best practices for the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in build engineering, software development, or a related field.
- Hands on experience with C/C++
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with toolchains, such as CMake, Bazel, Make.
- Mobile and Desktop Build Experience (iOS and/or Android, Windows, MacOSx).
- Experience with Build optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with building software across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar).
- Knowledge of code signing, provisioning profiles, and app distribution for iOS and Android.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) for reproducible build environments.
