Your Impact

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) with a primary skillset in Enterprise Networking and secondary knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cyber-Security, Cloud/AI, and Collaboration. The Solutions Engineer is a customer-focused technical sales professional who ensures that technical information and guidance is provided to the customer, delivering meaningful outcomes based on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s product and services portfolio.

The SE will partner with our specialist Inside Account Executives (iAE) in a pre-sales technical function, showcasing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] solutions, delivering customer presentations, performing technical demonstrations, creating BoMs, and running proof of concept activities. The SE will partner, consult, influence, and design solutions to allow the customer to meet their desired outcomes. In addition to technological aptitude and the ability to learn quickly and stay current; the ideal candidate's interpersonal, presentation, and technology acumen skills should evoke passion and confidence.

Including the above, the SE will perform the following:

  • Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer and the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] account team.
  • Leverage an array of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] technology, services, and support specialists when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with iAEs in account planning activities.
  • Educate the customer on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] differentiation, creating demand.
  • Work with key partners to scale and set a brand preference to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
  • Align [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s product and services capabilities to customers business drivers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B pre-sales or post-sales roles within the IT or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of typical IT infrastructure solutions and enterprise networking technologies, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Management, Automation, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Intent-Based Networking, Meraki, and IoT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Vendor certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including market trends and technology offerings.
  • Professional proficiency in business English.
  • Native-level fluency in Bulgarian and/or Serbian.
