Your Impact

• Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations: Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value.
• Using data to inform decisions: Applying sophisticated analytics to uncover insights, predict trends, and optimize supply chain performance.
• Driving multi-functional alignment: Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution and achieve strategic objectives.

• Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic roadmap for our optics manufacturing business unit.
• Identify, map and analyze the key business capabilities required to implement the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design, document, and optimize business processes related to optical module builds, from design through to final product delivery.
• Implement industry standards to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve time-to-market for silicon products
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technology infrastructure and applications support business process and strategic goals
• Ensure effective data management practices, including data integrity, quality, and accessibility, to support decision-making processes
• Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless integration with operations
• Develop and supervise key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of the business process and initiatives
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Deploy and support B2B messaging solutions to automate Oracle manufacturing and inventory transactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• +10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is required. 5+ years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies
• Documented experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations. Experience using and supporting multiple ERP modules: manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, BOMs, Routes, work orders, procurement, master data
• Experience in enabling and supporting B2B manufacturing, procurement, and inventory transactions with partners, OSATs, and 3PLs.
• Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level. Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives and collaboration with partners and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Project Management, Waterfall, & Agile Methodologies.
• Optical module manufacturing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary range posted for this position is $125,500.00 to $159,200.00. Individual pay is determined by location and qualifications. Full salary ranges for specific locations: New York City Metro Area: $146,100.00 - $229,600.00; Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $133,200.00 - $221,400.00.
