The Solution Validation & Quality Engineering team is dedicated to ensuring the reliability, and performance of the Nexus Dashboard platform and its ecosystem of apps—NDFC, NDI, and NDO. Your Impact

• Own end-to-end validation and automation of Nexus Dashboard and its apps by developing comprehensive test plans to ensure quality at every step.
• Design and scale automated test frameworks for Solutions team to dramatically increase test coverage and accelerate release cycle times.
• Validate complex customer use cases across both NX-OS and ACI fabrics—including NX-OS-ACI interworking scenarios—so that solutions consistently meet the rigorous demands of production enterprise environments.
• Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate test case generation, predictive issue analysis, and advanced root-cause analysis of test results, raising the standard for intelligent quality engineering across the team.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, TMEs, and product management to close design gaps early and shape the testing strategy for upcoming features and platform roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network testing, solution validation, or an equivalent hands-on network engineering role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with network protocols and architectures including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and L3VPN.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using scripting languages such as Python.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and their integration into automated testing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] NX-OS and ACI fabrics, including NX-OS-ACI interworking configurations.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools and platforms for data analysis, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and intelligent test generation within a networking context.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts relevant to network operations such as time-series analysis for telemetry, pattern recognition in logs, and NLP for requirements analysis.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of identifying root causes in complex, multi-layer network environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills, with demonstrated experience working alongside development, product management, and TME teams.
