Associate Sales Trainee at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

Join a dynamic sales team as a trainee to learn sales processes, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. This 12-month program starts September 2026 for graduates of 2025/2026.

Your Impact

  • Learn to progress deals through Introduction, Discovery, and Custom Demonstration stages with guidance from experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and participate in marketing events.
  • Participate in client-facing activities such as presentations, proposals, business case development, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop foundational knowledge in Sales Analytics and Sales Process excellence by shadowing senior sales engineers.
  • Observe how leaders inspire teams, foster accountability, and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Learn to prioritize initiatives using sales systems, tools, and methodologies under mentorship.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaborations and contribute to segment strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have completed a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must have graduated in 2025/2026 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
  • Must be available for a period of 12 months starting September 2026.
  • Must have good communication skills, passion for technology and the desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team.
  • Must have enrolled as a 'student' on NATS and have a valid student enrolment number.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in any stream with no active backlogs.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, 'Can do' attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
  • Must have graduated in 2025/2026.
