Creator Success Lead

Location: Surrey (Office-Based) | Salary: £28,000 (£30,000 post‑probation) + £6,000 performance bonus | Reports to: CEO | Type: Full‑time, Permanent

About the Role

The Creator Success Lead at this creator agency is the main point of support for creators working with the agency. You'll ensure they feel valued, informed, and set up to perform at their best, while keeping internal teams aligned with creator needs. This role blends relationship management, organisation, and problem‑solving in a fast‑moving, social‑first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Guide new creators through their onboarding journey, attend intro sessions, complete setup tasks, build early rapport, and manage offboarding professionally.
  • Creator Support: Act as primary contact for creators day‑to‑day, handle incoming requests, route to internal teams, run weekly/bi‑weekly check‑ins.
  • Success Management: Send weekly task lists, follow up, share end‑of‑week updates, spot and resolve issues early.
  • Internal Collaboration: Lead weekly feedback meetings with department heads, provide monthly updates to leadership, ensure internal tasks are completed, track team task boards.
  • Wellness Programme: Oversee creator wellness initiative, maintain social presence, connect creators with external specialists, support personal/professional goals.
