Salary: Up to £126,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We're partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed AI company redefining how the Financial Services industry adopts and scales Generative AI. The platform is built specifically for highly regulated environments, enabling enterprise financial institutions to deploy AI securely, intelligently, and at scale. With strong traction across Europe and an expanding global footprint, they're now building out their London GTM team. This is a UK founding hire, ideal for an enterprise seller who wants to operate in a high-impact, high-autonomy role and be part of scaling a category-defining product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build and execute a targeted account strategy across Financial Services
  • Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Innovation, Risk, Ops)
  • Lead complex, consultative sales processes with multiple decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored demos and commercial proposals aligned to client needs
  • Develop long-term relationships to drive expansion and renewals

Requirements

  • Proven Enterprise SaaS sales experience (complex, multi-threaded deals)
  • Strong experience selling into Financial Services - ideally Private Banking, Asset/Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, or Insurance
  • Track record of landing and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value at senior level
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Established network within FS is highly advantageous
