About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced agency environment. This mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in influencer marketing while developing strong client management skills.
You will play a key role in leading influencer campaigns from strategy through to execution, working closely with clients, internal teams, and content creators. The position requires a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about social media and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Conduct in-depth research on client brands, including social audits and competitor analysis; contribute to campaign strategy, including influencer selection, partnerships, and content direction; provide guidance on both organic and paid influencer approaches.
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Lead the sourcing and selection of influencers aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity; identify emerging talent and new partnership opportunities; support the development of paid media plans.
- Campaign & Partnership Management: Manage influencer partnerships from outreach through to completion; develop briefs, pitch materials, and communication frameworks; negotiate partnerships within budget; oversee contracts and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance and ensure accuracy of reporting data; support real-time monitoring; compile campaign reports with performance insights and recommendations; analyse data using tools such as spreadsheets and analytics platforms.
- Client Services: Prepare and share weekly updates; present updates during client meetings; ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members; contribute to a collaborative and solutions-focused environment.
- Finance & Administration: Support invoice tracking and payment processes; maintain accurate financial records.
- General Responsibilities: Proactively identify and resolve campaign issues; assist with additional projects; stay informed on industry trends.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience managing influencer relationships and paid collaborations.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in common workplace tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
