About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Social Account Director to join a leading global media and marketing agency. This is a role ideal for someone who can drive strategic direction, lead high-performing teams, and oversee the delivery of best-in-class paid social campaigns for well-known clients. You will take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring campaigns deliver against business objectives while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Oversee campaign performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, brand metrics, etc.)
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of paid social specialists
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams (search, programmatic, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Drive innovation by testing new formats, platforms, and technologies
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient, effective use of media spend

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in paid social, ideally within an agency environment
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale campaigns and managing key client accounts
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into media plans
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of social platforms and their advertising ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
