I'm currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a fully integrated agency with an impressive client base across the tech space. This is a brilliant role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B agency environment and enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering impactful creative campaigns, and being a key driver of account growth.
The agency offers a highly flexible hybrid working model, with office attendance only required when needed for client or team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of client accounts
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Delivering projects on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
- Working closely with creative, strategy and delivery teams
- Supporting pitches and new business opportunities
- Identifying areas for account growth and upselling opportunities
- Ensuring smooth internal communication across all departments
- Maintaining accurate financial and project reporting
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a B2B marketing/comms agency environment
- Experience working with complex B2B or tech-focused brands
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and project management ability
- Commercially minded with the confidence to present and sell ideas
- Someone proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented
- A genuine interest in creativity, marketing and technology
