Occupational Therapist
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Older Persons and Physical Disabilities Service is looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join their team. This role involves helping residents maximise independence through strengths-based intervention. The job is based at Queens Road in Peckham, London. Multiple positions available: full-time permanent, full-time 12-month fixed term, and part-time permanent (24.7 hours/week).
About the Role
You will deliver functional assessments, recommend and arrange equipment or adaptations, work creatively with residents and partners, and support positive risk‑taking approaches that place residents’ strengths at the heart of every decision.
About You
- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration
- Strong assessment, problem‑solving, and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience or interest in working with older adults/individuals with physical disabilities
- A strengths‑based and person‑centred approach
