About the Role

As a Catering Assistant at Oasis Nunsthorpe Primary School, you'll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. This is a term-time only role (39 weeks per year) with equated pay over 12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic kitchen and dining areas
• Replenish food displays and service counters as required
• Support deliveries and store supplies appropriately
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers, colleagues or visitors

What We’re Looking For

• A positive and reliable attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise tasks
• Previous catering or food service experience is helpful but not essential

Additional Information
