About the Role

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend in 4
• Shifts: Mon-Thu 6:30am-3pm or 11:30am-8pm; Fri 6:30am-3pm or 9:30am-6pm; Weekend 9:30am-6pm

What You’ll Do

• Lead the kitchen in absence of senior colleagues
• Supervise commis chefs, chef de parties, and kitchen staff
• Assist with ordering, preparation, stock control, service, and clean-down
• Maintain EHO guidelines and hygiene standards
• Maximise stock use and drive culinary innovation
• Collaborate with Front of House team
• Train and develop kitchen talent
• Prepare and present food to highest standards

What You Bring

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent kitchen experience
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Menu planning and production experience
• Bulk cooking and large-scale meal preparation
• Desire to learn and develop
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
