Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Inc in London! As a Senior Creative Strategist, you'll become a key player in driving the creative ambition of the business across some of our largest advertisers, and you will be a catalyst who inspires marketers, excites agencies and unlocks revenue through strategically led ideas. Day-to-day, you'll work with our Sales team, key brand partners and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This is a 12 month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave. We are looking for someone who thrives when challenged, exudes a positive can-do attitude and has a thirst to learn.
What You'll Do
- Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to address the marketing goals of top advertising clients through creative strategies and solutions on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
- Work across multiple clients and verticals
- Build strong relationships with senior partners across top clients and their agencies, leading strategic conversations to understand their business goals and uncover new opportunities
- Influence, educate and inspire clients and agencies to think differently about [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] through presentations and pitches
- Discuss and provide feedback on design aspects of campaign creative
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement long-term creative strategy and partnership strategy against client's and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s business objectives
- Build strong relationships with client partners, account managers, producers, sales leads, and managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new scalable client solutions
- Collaborate with Research and Measurement teams to help prove the power of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] advertising
- Manage key creative agency partnerships
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A social-first mindset and understanding of how to build strategies that live on and offline
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Experience building innovative creative experiences and developing impact-driving strategies
- Ability to simplify complex ideas through clear, visual storytelling
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ground creative work in key insights and data
- Experience working in the Google suite ( Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, business management, or related area of study, or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] works and intimate knowledge of platform advertising formats, including Augmented Reality
- Experience navigating the Creator ecosystem including direct relationships with Creator/Influencer agencies
- Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, image creation, storyboarding tools) to enhance creative ideation, streamline workflows, and scale strategic output
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the competitor landscape
- A self-starting attitude and a love for collaborating with others
