[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Marketing and New Business unicorn to shape positioning, generate demand, and convert opportunities. This role is the connective tissue between Marketing and Business Development, reporting to the Managing Director.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll collaborate on growth strategy, manage the PR Lead and Partnerships Director, and be accountable for measurable impact across reputation, awareness, lead generation, conversion, and revenue. This is a visible, high-impact role blending creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define the growth and marketing strategy, acting as bridge between Marketing, Partnerships, and Client Experience teams.
  • Elevate company positioning and champion [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s brand identity.
  • Lead and collaborate on pitch submissions (RFIs/RFPs) and ensure conversion targets are met.
  • Create case studies and project content to showcase [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s value.
  • Translate growth strategy into actionable marketing calendar, utilizing marketing technology and AI tools.
  • Ensure cohesive brand presence across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Oversee PR activity and create research-led industry reports.
  • Own performance analytics, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, new business, or growth roles within a creative agency (events experience advantageous).
  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Natural storyteller able to turn projects into compelling narratives and case studies.
  • Highly proficient in pitching, RFPs, and client-facing communication.
  • Confident using marketing technology (including AI tools) and CRM tools.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, excited by data and performance metrics.
  • Collaborative leader with ability to motivate specialists and work cross-functionally.
  • Organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
