Sales Support Co-ordinator
Salary: between £25,000 and £32,000 depending on experience
Location: Ipswich
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Contract: Permanent

Main Purpose of Job
Be the operational backbone of the sales team – ensuring orders flow smoothly from quote to delivery. Support sales in order processing, account management, and logistical solutions that underpin the sales operations.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Order processing – enter and manage sales orders in ERP
- Confirm pricing, availability and delivery dates
- Help sales handle day-to-day enquiries/call-offs
- Provide documentation
- Assist account managers with quotes
- Prepare requested reports
- Liaise with transport and operations
- Manage delivery schedules
- Drive continuous improvement
- Enter and manage notes in CRM system
- Communicate shortages or delays
- Support allocation decisions
