Training & Sales Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Training & Sales Consultant who can both win business and deliver high-impact training. This role combines sales, facilitation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell training programmes and retainers
- Deliver engaging training sessions (MIB, SIB)
- Build long-term client relationships
- Contribute to programme development
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience selling training or consultancy
- Confident presenter and facilitator
- Commercial mindset
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Desirable: Background in L&D or Business Consultancy, Experienced in Selling retainer based services, Coaching or training Qualification (ILM, CIPD or equivalent), Experience of working with SME's.
