Temporary Customer Service/Order Processing Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate and co-ordinate with all internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met and correct materials are dispatched.
• Communicate effectively with customers both verbally and written.
• Liaise with external suppliers and hauliers to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Deal with transport issues and liaise with customer and haulier to resolve.
• Ensure accurate data input, process customer orders from receipt to delivery within company timescales, process invoices and credits.
• Generate and place purchase orders with suppliers, including overseas suppliers.
• Raise quotations for Technical Sales Managers.
• Deal with customer queries and resolve problems, escalating to Team Leader if required.
• Provide administrative support for Technical Sales Managers.
• Organize transport including Europe to UK.
• Work within Office 365 applications and other company systems.
• Maintain filing system in line with department processes.
• Process ad hoc administrative duties.
