Job Description

Our client, with manufacturing facilities in Manningtree, is looking for a Production Operative to join their manufacturing team on a temporary to permanent basis. Some on-the-job training will be provided. If you have experience from a production/manufacturing environment – then we want to hear from you. They offer great training and progression opportunities including but not limited to qualifications and licenses. Ideal candidates will be able to follow instructions, be physically fit and able to easily stand for a full shift, along with handling heavy objects up to 25kg.

Duties

• Operate the full range of Production machinery efficiently.
• Responsible for the raw material mixing process.
• Ensure that quality and output standards are maintained.
• Mechanically re-setting machines where required.
• Operate all equipment/processes in a safe manner, ensuring the appropriate safety equipment is used and worn at all times.
• You may be required to undertake other duties as is necessary for the efficient running of the factory.
