Internal Account Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Execute an effortless experience for customers through virtual meetings, phone and email channels.
  • Create and target revenue potential within your districts and regions.
  • Create and nurture professional working partnerships with external and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue, growth, and customer retention.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Business Development/Sales experience in person or virtual.
  • Confident talking to customers over the phone and in virtual meetings.
  • Drive sales growth by making outbound calls to customers.
  • Curious nature when talking to customers.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales and activity targets.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and act on own initiative.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Planning, Time Management and Prioritisation skills.
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of being customer centric.
  • Adaptable and open to change.
