Internal Account Manager (Account Development Representative)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Internal Account Manager (Account Development Representative) to join their sales team in Manchester City Centre. The role involves proactive outbound sales, virtual meetings, and managing a portfolio of 100+ customers to drive revenue growth. Requires business development experience, strong communication, and target-driven mindset.
What you will be doing:
- Execute an effortless experience for customers through virtual meetings, phone and email channels while creating and targeting revenue potential within your districts and regions.
- Create and nurture professional working partnerships with both external based stakeholders & corporate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and create effective relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue, growth, and customer retention.
What do I need to be successful?
- Business Development/Sales experience in person or virtual
- Confident at talking to customers over the phone and in virtual meetings
- Drive sales growth by making outbound calls to customers
- Curious Nature when talking to customers
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales and activity targets
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and act on own initiative
- Excellent relationship builder
- Demonstrable Planning, Time Management and Prioritisation skills
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Proven track record of being customer centric and driving an effortless experience
- Adaptable and open to change for new processes
