You will assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless process throughout the tenancy from start to finish. The role includes coordinating maintenance works and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service to maintain strong relationships and high property standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial duties, while consistently upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Responsibilities can include assisting with move-ins and move-outs, coordinating inspections and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves monitoring rental accounts, managing deposit returns, and supporting landlords with financial updates and general administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience

- Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail. Works well under pressure; can multi-task effectively and deal with a high work volume.
- Works well in a team; supportive to other team members to ensure departments goals are achieved.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Own work from home setup (relevant workspace, computer, strong internet connection).
Desirable Skills and Experience

- ARLA qualification (or working towards an ARLA qualification).
- Experience in UK property management and systems (i.e. Blocks Online, Qube, Jupix, Goodlord, Arthur, Fixflo).
